We currently aren't providing refunds (unless the item purchased has sold out and/or cannot be replaced). If a item is received defective it should be sent back for an exchange for the same item in proper form. To exchange an item refer to the contact page and send an email with "Exchange" in the subject field. Provide details as to why your item is defective and you will be contacted within 1-3 business days with what to do next if reasons are found to be valid or invalid. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
